Our Horizontal Main Drive & it features a 1 HP, 230 V, 50 Hz, Single Phase and A.C DRIVE. The drive is a very efficient gearbox & it operates in an oil bath.

The speed is variable and can be varied between 0 to 400 RPM. This is done via an electronic speed controller and the corresponding rpm is displayed digitally. The drive also includes a timer in order to set time-based operations. All our Multi-Attachments can be easily mounted and dismounted on the drive with the help of two quick locking and unlocking knobs.

By the forward & backward movement of the piston Homognisation takes place. A vaccume is created during the backstroke of the piston, which sucks the liquid back.During the forward movement of the piston, the liquid is pushed against the tip of the nozzle.

Inside of the through two z- shaped stirrers rotate towards each other at different speed. The Coating Pan with drying can be mounted on Motor Drive unit via universal gearing type, which permits coating pan to be held at any angle up to 45 degree with reduction in speed.
