Set of draw brushes to draw strips from the sealing rollers. Two numbers foil (Material) holding brackets with running tubes for unwinding and web tensioner and foil alignment arrangement. Unit is provided with one set of change parts which consists of S.S. Bowl, S.S. Chute channel release pin & Set of sealing rollers. Vibrator unit is mounted on top plate of the unit with sliding base to control flow of tablets/capsules from hopper bowl and chute channel release pin. | ADJUSTABLE FILLER : The filler can be elevated from 20 to 35 degrees to facilitate entry of every product into the disc holes. All contact parts are fabricated out of stainless steel. GEAR BOX AND DRIVE : A heavy duty gear box 50 to 1 ratio connected to a 3 phase AC 1 HP motor 1440 rpm with variable speed drive. The rpm of the disc varies from 3 to 7 depending upon the product. DELIVERY CHUTES : Delivery chutes direct the product from the counting disc into telescoping stainless steel filler tubes of various sizes. For accurate filling, tubes and adaptors of various sizes are supplied to suit different containers. Special delivery chutes will be supplied for counting and filling capsules in narrow mouth container such as vials. DUST REMOVING VACUUM SYSTEM : Integrated with the filler, under the hopper is the vacuum system that provides a dust free passage of stocks to the containers. The system also gives efficient and smooth running of the disc when uncoated tablets are counted. LARGE COUNTING DISCS : A 36" dia disc on single fill model gives every Leo the highest capacity. Each disc is custom designed and manufactured to meet your individual filling requirements. These exceptional machines are versatile enough to count coated/uncoated tablets, hard or soft gelatine capsules of any shape and size such as pearls, oblong and round capsules.

| We supply a range of hard Aluminium Foil suitable for blister packing of Pharmaceutical Products such as Tablet, Capsules, etc., with the following general specification. The final product specifications are made as per agreed contact with the customers.
HEAT SEAL COATING : Colourless Vinyl Resin (option for tinted resin available) conforming to the applicable Government regulations regarding direct contact with medicines and drugs. The resin is suitable for heat sealing to PVC/PVDC coated PVC films. COATING THICKNESS OPTIONS :
PRINTING AND LACQUER COATING : Printed as per text, layout and shade approved by customer. For non-printed specification, clear lacquer to be coated as a protective coating and good printability. Printing inks and lacquer coatings are capable to withstand 180 deg. C for 1 sec. dwell time.
We also supply a range of soft Aluminium Foils suitable for strip packaging of Pharmaceutical products such as Tablet, Capsules, etc. With the following general specifications. The final product specifications are made as per agreed contract with the customers. FOIL MATERIAL : Soft fully annealed aluminium alloy AA 8011 / AA 1200 conforming to Aluminium Association specification.
We also supply foils of three ply having the following structure : Polyester / Foil / Poly This 3 ply is suitable for packing conventional products like confectionery, tea, consumables etc. The final product specifications are made as per agreed contract with the customers based on the type of products that are to be packed. Polyester to foil and foil to poly lamination is done by dry lamination. FOIL MATERIAL : Soft aluminum foil made from alloy AA 1200 / AA 1235 / AA 8011 conforming to Aluminium Association specification. The quality of foil is as per our light gauge foil specification. POLYESTER :
POLY : Colorless poly conforming to the applicable Government regulations as a sealant layer.
